The Small Print

1. How do I order a gift subscription?

Simply complete the order form as requested and include the recipients address in the area provided. A return email will be generated confirming your details and/or the recipients details and the start & expiry date of the subscription.
2. Publishing Date
We endeavour to produce each issue of the magazine five days prior to the end of each month - the publishing date.

3. When will my issue arrive?

Your subscription will begin with the NEXT PUBLISHED issue. (Example - If we receive your details during the month of January your subscription will begin with the February issue and so on.)

The magazine will be mailed immediately after the publishing date.

Delivery times to subscribers resident outside the UK depends on the quality of the postal and air services engaged.

May we suggest the following approximate airmail delivery times - calculated from the publishing date;

Europe 3/5 Days.

Middle East/Africa/Asia/North and South America - 6/10days.

Asia-Pacific/Australasia - 11-15 days

4. How do I renew my subscription?

We will automatically send you a reminder before the end of your subscription term only if you are taking out a subscription for yourself.
Complete and return the renewal form with your payment and the subscription will continue - All details will be supplied.

5. What do I do if the issue doesn't arrive?

Simply contact us either by email or telephone explaining what has happened, and we will arrange for a replacement issue to be sent.

6. Please Note;

All purchases are made in Sterling.

There is no VAT (Value Added Tax) payable on magazine subscriptions.

For Overseas orders, the price you pay will be dependant on the exchange rate of your credit card company and may be subject to fluctuation.
